The ETS will be less affordable amongst labor voters, than it will amongst the lib' voters.

Any money the government gives us back, ends up costing far more than what we receive, once interest rates and the resulting inflation take effect. Similar to 'first home buyers'; who have seen their 'dream homes' increase by double (at least) the amount of the FHB bonus.
