It just makes me so angry that a guy like Sheldon can legally just stroll in and cause so much trouble and heart ache to the company.

There needs to be some sort of 'reasonable' industrial reform made in this country to stop repeats of the Qantas saga.

IMO Sheldon was very intent on causing massive disruption at Qantas (and win) in order to secure the ALP national presidency. As it turns out, AJ out-manouvered him and cleverly embarrased the government at CHOGM with the Lockout. As I understand, Sheldon was strong favourite for that position until then and lost it, hence the hypocritical sacking of his staff (right before Xmas).

I have 0% respect for Sheldon. IMO he has no integrity and used the Qantas dispute to promote his own self interest at the expense of shareholders and travelling public.
