Higher, is my guess. With Tankweld on board, the ability to build their own containerised units, and improved products from the waste stream, PWN is a different animal from what it was when that 20 cents first got an airing. Going the dividend route looks a lot more lucrative and snowbally than it used to. Well worth the wait if that's what they decide.
