PERTH (Dow Jones)--Shell Australia Chairman Ann Pickard said Tuesday the company isn't considering buying Woodside Petroleum Ltd. (WPL.AU).
Shell has a "small piece of Woodside," Pickard said at a business breakfast in Perth.
"And no, we are not getting ready to buy it again," she said, in reference to recent media speculation that Shell and BHP Billiton Ltd. (BHP) were preparing a joint bid for Woodside last year.
