Kwai, significantly derisked, NXS will end up with a pile of cash which they can play around with on e/s and prove that up and Shell does the heavy lifting on construction, management and financing. Not the gun ho deal that RC may have been advocating but it is a deal with a major with deep pockets and expertise. If s/holders don't like the delays now the Chinese would have you running around chasing your tail for years! Delay after delay with our Chinese friends. We now know that Shell are on the same time constraints as we are, they have to use it or lose it. Let's wait for the detail, but my opinion is that this may be the best outcome considering the market we are in at the moment. Good luck to all.
