It seems, going through your posts, that you're either disillusioned or had a terrible experience in the past with a shell company.

I quote from your post last month- "ADRC sounds good, but not until they name the chip maker and sign a contract with them and also complete the deal in March where they actually 'buy XPED' do I look at this as any more than a potential scam."
