Any thoughts on whether these terms are generous or expensive for NXS?
USD 35m + 3.5% royalty on all production strikes me as expensive - especially when Shell would have just as much to lose from the acreage leases not being renewed. I'd hoped that mutual interest might have seen a lower cost.
