    This is the best way to increase shareholder value at the same time getting the cash to fund their business.

    Good to see the market factoring takeover price and value of new entity. When the time comes from the board to take the offer, I'm not sure whether I should dump it on market or let it go under takeover/scheme of arrangement. Not sure whether I want new entity shares.. rather just cash!!!!
