AOE and its shareholders are suffering because some "smart" SHELL people "in grey flannel suits "are not authorising the release of AOE's cash as per the agreement between AOE and Shell.
I know of two major oil companies which will pay more that Shell for that deal. Maybe Shell should just walk away and let serious people get on with the job. Conix
