roiboi, where is the time dimension in your pricing :) Shauno also says that it will be a few years til they get there. You need to discount his claims for both time and risk in reaching the gas targets. The important message in the claim is the growth it offers a large company, such as Royal Dutch Shell.
It is just my opinion, but I generally discount claims by brokers by around 30-40% and claims by HC enthusiasts by around 50-60%..but of course any price predictions for myself are exlcuded from that ;)
