    Shell picked up PES from Mathews Capital for what $1.30? And got $8.25 for it six (?) months later.

    What a great deal. Maybe they are just careful with shareholders money - which is what you want if you are a Shell shareholder. But not what you want if you are looking for an overpriced takeover of Arrow.
