AOE doesnt wan to be a producer - there expertise is in exploration, so there is little chance the board wants a long term 'producer status' going fwd.
I agree with those that say they just want to keep the international assets and sell the rest to an LNG specialist.
No dividends here... except a risk reward of $3+ upside and $1 downside.
