    this article looks like the tide may be turning wrt Arrow's LNG plant.
    Or maybe its all part of the politics of the sales/j/v/negotiating tactics re sale of Arrow gas resources, or sell down of interest in LNG project?
    who knows?

    Shell Australia chairwoman Ann Pickard has made her issues about the the country's project approvals-process known, saying that it had become disincentive to investment. Ms Pickard said that having to clear the same hurdles up to three times has added to costs and has slowed its progress here. But she says the Arrow LNG project it is studying in Queensland has a good chance of becoming a new stand-alone plant amid signs the nation's construction market is cooling. Ms Pickard made the comments ahead of the release of a survey today that says future energy supply is one of the nation's biggest concerns and that Australians want government to play the major role in the solution.
