buying a controlling interest will put pressure on the price ergo price appreciation ... applies to kik even more than ndo as it is less liquid.
Price can only be capped to a point after which an offer will be tabled
if its going to happen i bet it will be hostile but not holding my breath fgr a t/o.
plenty of vaue even if NDO farms out substantially
