    We are in with a great chance. This is clearly an explanation for their inability rush into exploration and development of projects. Many economists had tipped the price of oil to dip back under $45 a barrel after the peaks of $70 earlier in the year. Majors are just being cautious and as a result we see the Senegal announcement being held off until the deadline.
