    That values the Eagle Ford Shale at $20,000 AUD/acre.

    Assuming AZZ has a net 20,000 acre position puts a value of $400M AUD.

    That's about $1.40 to $1.50 per share for undeveloped land. By next Xmas all the properties will have producing wells. What will the share price be then?
