re: tiof /dkv-stolwyk-geos-louie Woodside (& Roc, BG, premier) all exist to maximse their shareholders value by producing oil asap in the most economic manner. They will not adjust the development of Tiof to suit Hardman financial capabilities.
The Woodside presentation indicates production of at least the same rate or higher one year after Chinq. coming from Neptune(GofM), Tiof or other.
Hardman is in the process of changing from an "exploration type" speculative stock to a ASX 100 significant oil producer. To do this will most probably require additional capital either in the form of debt or equity or both.
I dont see the raising of additional equity being a bad thing. If you look at the share price after the last injection. It was great as we all know. As Hardman becomes less speculative and its price based on bankable commercial developments more financial institutions will invest in Hardman.
