re: tiof /dkv-stolwyk-geos-louie Dennis we seem to be talking at cross purposes here, you seem convinced that the JV are going to fast track Tiof, well I agree, but you are talking about a large full scale development.
In the WPL release on around page 30 you will see a plan for the "possible TIOF phased development"
and in the column next to it you will see that WPL are "considering" same.
What I am saying is that if "fast tracking" goes ahead this will be the method used, and that HDR can meet it's portion of payment, most likely through a loan facility and partial payment.
I don't mind at all if they do decide on an issue, you have to spend money to make money, but Billions as mentioned in some earlier posts is absolute rubbish and someone should say so.
