This is great news. Potentially cleans up the ownership structure of Evans Shoal making any decision to commercialize less cumbersome. Furthermore, if ENI is the acquirer then their net investment in the project is too large to sit on without earning a return, potentially fast tracking development of the most cost effective option (which is TS). This news is welcomed indeed!! Now, I wonder what our Chaiman was doing in Italy??
