    Hoobadriver is right - what deal, by whom?

    As suggested before, the Chairman needs to find management that have contacts and are goers. The company has a little cash but a huge deadweight. Cut the albatross loose very quickly.

    Perhaps merge with or take over another company that has the smarts.
