I'll probably be "plugged & abandoned" by she who must be obeyed if Shell opt out but I'm confident given it only takes a few weeks to interpret CSEM data, that at this late stage, Shell have decided weeks ago to take up the option, so I'm hoping for little more "Love & affection" after the announcement.
