I can't see what Shell could possibly gain by dragging out a no to the last day allowed by the option, that is if they new the answer was going to be negative early in its' due dilligence. I could understand that happening when they decided they would like to proceed, but something cropped up late in the piece whilst conducting their due dilligence. I think the longer it proceeds the better our chances.
