I'm not sure if I didn't make myself clear or you don't know what consensus means. Consensus means 'agreement'. In this case agreement among the FAR holders on this thread that if shell were going to say no they would have already. Just because everyone (and in any case it's not everyone) believes that, it doesn't make it so.
