    Hi Jake

    Ignoring the numbers that you have mentioned, Shell are acquiring 30% of AOE's Aust interests and 10% of AOE's International interests which should be completed by mid-late Jan 09. Going by that alone it would seem that Shell would be in the box seat to make a play for AOE.
