One thing that has me wondering is H&P advertising for positions. I would hope this is cross training not baptism by fire, IE the start isn't dependent upon those postings.

I didn't dissect it, but one key ingredient here is the preparedness of the water sources/monitoring for frac water. It's a formality, but there needs to be six months of observation and I'm not sure what the EMP says on that.

The implication is that there's no point in drilling till you can frac the wells.
