I haven't looked at how the approval/quarterly progress plan compares to the EMP but there's generally a six month monitoring requirement on the water bores before stimulation can proceed.
My presumption is that the delay in EMP approval and thus the water bores has produced a delay in the spud because you can't stimulate it anyway.
There is water in the pits so it has either been hauled or the water bores are already done. Probably hauled.
