Again the Chinese takeover discussion is a "comparator" between only two companies. You do understand what that word means right? So stop trying to pretend it could refer to the entire market. Its as foolish as my witnessing another companies a take over obtaining a 50% premium and trying to assume that such a totally different set of circumstance (with a court case) must therefore be somehow applicable here. Your references again....they really need to get better than this.
