Believe it or not, RES is a tight register. That kinda volume would spike the price to $20 a share and then some .. without doubt. There is NO WAY a large investor would be able to get that many shares for 30c. We're talking volumes in the millions here.
I think they'd settle for a placement at 70c after debt funding is secured because that will all but eliminate RISK from the project. It will also indicate confidence that the price will rise SIGNIFICANTLY, otherwise they wouldn't bother.
I'm talking $3+ per share here. Whether that comes before or after production remains to be seen.
God I wish I had more shares!!! This is an opportunity of a lifetime guys.
