Anyone's guess.
I tell you what might work to lower the suspension period (and it would be rather funny).
For every day that the stock is suspended that there is an equal period of suspension of all cash outflows (e.g. interest free, unsecured loans) to all related parties!
I suspect that might hasten the pace of activity!
