Cottle would have an quite a few shares to sell. Don't forget that first he would have had to raise the funds to buy his options (remembering that he didn't hold many in the first place).
We could see some 'hovering' in the mid 70's for quite some time until the old board foolishly sell all their options. But for every seller there is a buyer....and so long as the buyers are smarter than the sellers, then it's only healthy that we weed out the weak. We don't know no one holding us back once we have the wind at our backs.
