Bugger waisting a ANN ATM guys lets let it build on spec alone ATM in my head i have a spec value of around 5 cents ATM immpossible to quantify SPEC value in NWE atm it,s a investors call and on news a SP who knows when it comes to NWE pick a number and market conditions and stick it in a mix master...... all i know its going to be much much higher than 5 cents in the ST for NWE :):)
