I note that oil transport has been restored to Growler and the long promised drilling campaign will begin (albeit still partially restricted by the flooding). Combined with the robust reserve upgrade to fields ITC owns this makes 8.5 seem like a super price for BPT.

VPE has got SeXY but I feel ITC lost patience and sold too early. Water under the bridge. It will be interesting to see what SXY does with all the money they made on their ~20% of ITC.
