Expecting a 15% discount to NTA in this market is a bit hopeful....

Expecting a 15% discount to NTA in this market is a bit hopeful. Considering that most of this year this thing has been closer to 35% discount.

I have faith in this company. It is well run and has good assets. Though it has ben hit hard with the downturn and I wont touch it with a discount less than 30%.

I sold out just before this went ex dividend. One of the few decent trades I've had this year.
