I guess you are speaking as a trader and not a longer term holder.It seems that you are taking your 'worries' straight from the podcast that I posted. Us investors knew and know the path forward and chose to invest on the story presented by management to go it alone. I'm happy with that and have no such worries as you seem to have recently taken on board.
Major mining houses are of course free to make huge and very generous offers at any time. They always have been. Should any of these prove to be very generous indeed, then I'm sure that management would accept any offer of the 'too big to refuse' persuasion.
