3. Or is the restructuring finally bearing fruit?

Why don't the lenders want to inform us on how today's SGH is going?

Sounds pretty dodgy to me. Let us vote without telling us the whole story.

Safer option for me:

Step 1 - Vote NO to the American lenders proposal and the SGH board.

Step 2 - once the American lenders are gone shareholders and employees stick together to save this great company of ours. It could involve some capital raising.
