Sorry SWC but the horse has more than likely bolted. There was probably a window of opportunity for shareholders but no one had the kahunas to requisition a meeting and get rid of the Board before the matter escalated and prior to AC's involvement. In saying that I guess it could still be feasible if some big hitters took it on.....got rid of the Board and managed the cash flows to avoid insolvency and refinanced prior to Tranche 1. How they can get up to somewhere around $300m in EBITDA though would require a magician like RT at the helm.
