SGH team lost the lot, and some more, value is Minus, notorious hedge fund doing something rare, giving SH something for nothing, it wasn't their fault the SGH team got in a pickle and lost the lot.
AC arn't really screwing SH, it already happened, AC giving SH something they would never of had.
Vote Yes is sensible imo.
