I agree and I think AC has seen the writing on the wall and will try to extract themselves from the quicksand. I now believe too much damage has been done to save SGH and it will be broken up, sold off and liquidated in 2018. More lawsuits against SGH are on the way with Pitcher Partners looking for SGH to contribute or indemnify their auditing. Why oh why are AG, JS, KF and other BOD getting away Scott free?
