Unfortunately even a 100% sale will not clear away all the corporate debt and leave enough money to pay off the SPARCS bonds. And that's assuming they actually sell 100%. And that's also assuming it sells for a decent price.

Perhaps you need to read the SPARCS prospectus again as well matey. It's all spelt out in there.
