I think I get what you are saying now. No dividends until you get your sparcs paid out. OK. Whatever.

Total corp debt ~ $1300million
Total bbi debt ~ $10000million
Sparcs might be important to you, but its nothing in the scheme of things. I have said nothing about _when_ I am expecting dividends, but I'm pretty sure Sparcs won't play a significant part in _if_ I get dividends.
