Incorrect dargie. All I have said is SPARCS will be paid out well before Nov 2010. I see DBCT sold July 2009 and PD Ports before year end. I see all corporate debt paid off then as well as NZ bonds and SPARCS. I see BEPPA payments resuming in the first half of 2010 along with BBI distributions by June 2010.
All well and truly before Nov 2010. Remember not paying BBI distributions is saving over $200M per annum.
