a capital raise?? they wont need to ( for controlled spending that is_....that is the beauty of the partially paid shares that are about to be listed.... there is one partially paid for every two shares....

so ignore the accuracy here coz i cant be bothered looking, but, let's say at 25 cents of a week ago there worth 60m MC.... they can make calls on those unpaid shares totalling up to $30m.... all raised effectively at $0.25....

naturally we want the price at $0.25 or higher... but, that is the beauty...you can capital raise with securities already known to the market, no surprise CR... it.s simply a call when needed, that people either pay, or auction off... i would happily pay one or two cents even at today's price to keep such little cash in the potential upside of the company for the long term....

i made plenty this way on the 5 cent ones, and the company continued to raise cash...

a brilliant strategy (in a bullish share price or massive potential).... think this one up until a month ago would qualify as both...
