Karoon are building up friendly sophisticated private investors to keep attackers at bay forcing them to pay a higher price.
If you combine Wellington / Talbot / Directors joined are a large % geared to say "no thanks" unless you are willing to pay well over 40+ aud. This group combined makes up a 63%.
I have heard Mark Smith is noted to be in the top 6 in the world and has picked browse and brazil way before the market.
