so, what's the deal today ... does someone expect a terrific announcement some time soon, and isn't prepared to wait for their order at 0.001 to be filled ... or ... is there a trader or two trying it on with everyone, wanting to create the idea something is about to happen, so forcing those many 0.001 buyers to get nervous and to up the ante into 0.002???

an appropriate time to chime in with the old saying... 'the mysteries of the stock exchange'
