I noticed this also, the 40 million gone from the 0.002 sells is very positive.
The huge premarket bids that come in at 0.001 are also encouraging (even if removed).
Being a trader who lives in the sub 0.005 range I can tell you I have seen these type of plays countless times before, and it usually indicates someone is looking to double up or more in a big way.
