1. The tech works and is scalable

2. There are govt depts in a number of countries e.g. US Marine, Canadian DOD, ONG Prisons and Aust Police to name the foremost at present who are actively considering this technology.

3. The coy has a number of patents on key elements of the tech, including a machine gun application, registered with the US patents office and therefore protected by the patent traits world wide.

4. The tech has agreements with Colt and the largest non US munitions/arms coy based in Singapore.

5. Concept work has been down for naval and aerial applications including the arming of man portable UAV/s.

6. There are a wide range of shareholders and notes holders - the shares are continually diluted but the key equity lies with the note holders -these are very rarely traded. So Imo the key equity is prepared to wait as long as necessary.

7. he chief gating factors are a lack of support by the home country DOD for reasons hard to establish and a negative press perception due to over promises from previous coy officers.
