Just to be clear - my numbers are not entirely based on a 1b plant either.
The $300-450m figure is the base profitability of SDV at 25kt.
Still enough to justify multiple dollars of share value and we'd all be very happy with that.
We do know that ORE has a Stage 3 plan of 80kt for some time in the future, so its very reasonable to foresee that there is also a multi-stage plan for SDV- especially as its chemistry promises a better product and, therefore, more profitable operation.
When a company makes these kind of profits then its a choice of either dividends or expansion.
Perhaps a bit of both would be nice for us "longs" but personally I'd prefer to see SDV scaled to monster size as fast as possible - settling it in for serious longevity, even if Lithium prices eventually decline.
Joe Lowry knew enough about the detail of our plans and visited SDV a few weeks ago.
He wouldn't be placing us in the future Big 6 if he hadn't seen the enormous potential of this asset.
And now I'm going to eat some beans and save some more bucks for a few more GXY shares...
They're still on special.
