Read what I wrote more carefully.
I'm talking the C&L section not just the kilns. The exhaust scrubbing towers are bespoke and not cheap. We know the trouble they had with the corrosive/abrasive slurries through this section and the special pumps and valves required. Finally there are arrays of filter presses involved to clean the PLS.
The kilns are useless without all that stuff and more.
