    Looks like VEI is shining in the glow of the spotlight on Virtus.. The massively oversubscribed IPO of IVF rollout has been a catalyst to look for value further afield and they have rightly found it Vision Eye. Trading on an undemanding PE of 8 last week investors are soaking up stock
