It opens the door for MND into the oil and gas sector.
Forge's contracts will come back to the market and the miners will want a speedy process considering the time that has already been wasted. Plus the fact that they want to go with a company that can deliver and pay a premium.
With Forge out of thye way, a low price competitor is out of thye running.
